What is cardio? And how should I go about doing cardio exercises?

Cardio is anything that gets your heart rate up. A really good cardio exercise is running, because its easy and your heart is always going fast. Other cardio exercises are rowing machines, this is a AMAZING exercise because it works every muscle in your body, while doing cardio. Also, you could jump rope, bike ride, play sports, etc.
