If I go to gym 1 hour per day after how long will I start seeing some weight loss results?

Basically I joined gym last week and I'm planning to go 4-5 days a week and I'm controlling my food intake meaning I'm eating healthy. I used to do Tae Bo cardio but I don't have much time as I'm working now so I had to stop. Is there anything else I should do to aid my weight loss? Thanks
