Nina Dobrev? Seventeen Fitness?

okay so i got the latest issue of seventeen fitness the one with Nina Dobrev as the cover...Theres workouts in it that have a calender. They work really well (the strength excersices) but i want to target my abs so i do my ab workout and the workout required for that day. i workout every other day. For cardio i run up and down a flight of stairs with 17 steps 7 times and im increasing the number. i do 50-100 jump ropes and do speed squats to a 3 minute song ( i move alot throughout the day and eat normal portions of healthy things) i am a tiny bit chubby on my stomach and upper thighs ( i am in no way fat my doctor says my weight is normal and people think i have a normal body) im not skinny but im not fat! if i keep this up will i have a flat stomach by August 12..it is June 28??? PLEASE HELP
