Will I gain weight? loose or maintain. ?
Breakfast: a small satsuma. Lunch; a coffee. Dinner: smoaked paprika chicken in a bread bap with a few chips and 1 piece of garlic bread. - 35min run + 1hour of other cardio - 6stone 6pounds. 5'5. F 19years.
