If i burn more calories than i eat in day from cardio, lets say i eat the standered 2,000 a day and burn 3,000 just for an example. does that 1,000 result in some weight loss even though it might not be physically visibly yet? im 6'2" 165lbs and 16 years of age, im in alot of sports as well....i eat healthy foods but only 2-3 times a day.......and yes, i drink water.
