What can I do for an equivalent of running?

I HATE running but I need to do more cardio so I can burn fat....I really need to loose about another 15 lbs for me to be happy. I do the spartacus 3 times a week and 2 times a week i either run/sprint/ or do the eliptical for 45 mins plus weight training. What can I do that is as good as running for my weight days and mornings?
