Shooting Pain After Treadmill?

I have recently started to train on the treadmill to lose some weight and increase my cardio. I have been doing it for about three weeks and have gradually increased the speed. I started from 4.0 and now I am at 5.4 for 30 minutes. I have recently been experiencing sharp shooting pain and aching pain in my left foot after about 15 minutes into the run. I have proper running shoes with support. Any advice on how I can stop the pain and still continuing to use the treadmill.

I need to top my radiator fluid.....but how?

First read your car's owner's manual. If you have a radiator cap both on the top of the radiator and on the coolant overflow reservoir, wait until the engine's cold and remove both. Fill the radiator itself to overflowing with 50/50% antifreeze coolant and put the radiator cap back on. Fill the reservoir to the cold fill line marking and put the cap back on. However, you need a radiator coolant drain and refill if you haven't done that in the last 3 years, so consider having it done at a repair shop.

Toyota Prius (hybrid) wont start, what's wrong?

Apparently it is easy to leave the stupid things on and drain the battery. My inlaws did the same thing and had to have Toyota come and haul their brand new car off to the shop and recharge the 12v battery.
